Watering Schedule
Odd numbered addresses – water on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Even numbered addresses – water on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Sunday is reserved for maintenance of systems.
Do Not Irrigate on Sunday.
Stick to the watering schedule.
Even if days are missed due to system problems, sticking to the schedule will help prevent over-taxing the system – which will cause system problems to be extended.
Cooperation is the key to a successful irrigation season! To help keep the neighborhood looking its best, and to responsibly use the HOA irrigation system, please be sure to adjust your irrigation systems for best performance. This includes following the watering schedule and adjusting watering times and durations.
The best time of day for watering is during the overnight hours. To spread the use of the system and prevent sudden heavy draws on the system, consider setting your clocks to more random times – such as 11:35 PM, rather than 11:00 PM or 3:50 AM rather than 4:00 AM. Unless unavoidable, please don’t water during the heat of the afternoon.
